Axonvanta Technologies Ltd ("Axonvanta", "we") provides B2B payment orchestration software and related professional services. This notice describes how we handle personal data collected through axonvanta.com and customer engagements.

Data we collect

Contact information submitted via email or sales inquiries (name, business email, company, role), technical logs from our marketing site (IP address, browser, pages viewed), and account data provided during platform evaluation, KYC review, or subscription.

Purpose of processing

We process data to respond to sales and support inquiries, deliver and maintain our payments platform, perform compliance screening required for financial services, improve product reliability, meet contractual and legal obligations, and — where permitted — share relevant product announcements.

Retention

Prospect data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact unless a longer period is required for an active contract, regulatory obligation, or legal hold. Transaction records retained per customer agreement and applicable law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Sub-processors (hosting, email, analytics, licensed payment partners) operate under data processing agreements.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days where applicable law requires.
