These terms govern use of axonvanta.com and evaluation access to Axonvanta payment platform services provided by Axonvanta Technologies Ltd.

Service description

Axonvanta provides B2B payment orchestration APIs, settlement routing, and treasury tools subject to a signed order form or subscription agreement. Live payment processing requires completed KYC and compliance review.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the platform for unlawful transactions, sanctions violations, money laundering, or unauthorized resale of payment access. API credentials must be kept confidential.

Fees and settlement

Corridor fees, FX spreads, and settlement timelines are defined in individual commercial agreements. Evaluation and sandbox access are provided as-is without uptime guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axonvanta's aggregate liability arising from these terms shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lagos State.
